Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Tan cloth over boards, gilt-stamping on spine, 419 pages, includes several black and white plates. This book is signed and inscribed by Eve Curie on front free end paper. Corners and spine ends rubbed, minor staining on top edge of text block, some foxing on frontispiece.
