London: Martin Secker. Poor. 1914. Fifth Printing. Softcover. Rear cover and spine are missing. Front cover is detached and missing the outer margin, approximate width 1". Front cover was formerly taped on and still has a tape remnant along the entire spine edge. A few consecutive leaves have a creased tear to the outer margin, barely touches the text. There are at least two instances of underlining. Pages are slightly browned. ; Approx. 5" wide by 6 1/2". "A Fantastic Comedy in a prelude and three acts. Mr. G. K. Chesterton's First Play." Ownership signature of J. [James] Hilton. ; 72 + ads pages .
