About This Item
New York: Random House, 1940. Cloth. Very Good -. A nice Association copy. INSCRIBED BY NORMAN BEL GEDDES TO AUTHOR BRUCE BARTON ("The Man Nobody Knows", 1925) on the front pastedown. A perfectly serviceable copy to boot of the 1940 stated 1st printing. Crisp and VG- in its beige cloth, with pronounced offsetting along the inner hinges and the pastedowns, and some abrading as well to the rear pastedown. Lacking its dustjacket. Still though, a bright copy of this important 1940 treatise on "futuristic" design.
