Hardcover has green cloth-covered boards with gold spine and cover lettering. Front cover has authors initials in stylized monogram. Top page edges colored green. Back cover has blind-stamped publisher's windmill logo. Title page also has logo, in red. NOT ex-library. Binding tight. Hinges NOT cracked. Corners and spine ends bumped and rubbed, with very small tears at the spine ends. Covers have light surface and edge wear, with some small stains. Spine edges lightly rubbed. No book plate or other owner's markings. One pair of opposing pages has a narrow tanned stain from a old bookmark that was stored between them. Otherwise, pages clean and unmarked. 349 pages. No dust jacket. "Printed in Great Britain at The Windmill Press, Kingswood, Surrey". Carefully packed, shipped in a box.
