About This Item
London: Penguin, 1963. Mass market paperback, later (1972) printing, 122 pages, dark yellow/orange covers with an evocotive Parisian street scene photograph on front cover; spine uncreased but ever so slightly slanted, tight in binding, light creases to both covers, tiny traces of shelf wear to edges, very clean and unmarked. PLEASE NOTE: the Stock Image next to my listing is of a well used copy of this book, not mine, and is not reflective of my superior copy which also has a completely different front cover image, colour and format. See also our other Simenon listings including Maigret at the Crossroads and Maigret Mystified in this identical Penguin size and format (buy two or more and save on postage!)... Soft Cover. Very Good.
