London: London: William Heinemann, 1946. First edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/very good. 5 1/4 x 8 in. Tangerine cloth with gilt lettering on spine. Condition is NEAR FINE ; a gorgeous book, with some sunning to endpapers due to a clipping of Beerbohm pasted inside front cover. DJ is VERY GOOD ; some sunning also, not price-clipped (8s6d), remains of tiny scotch tape on flap. Small closed tears, chipping to edges, small open tear top of spine, very faintly thumb-marked. In new Mylar wrapper. Fiction. Essay. RGR
