France: Terre Bleue, 2013. This is a fine hardcover copy without dust jacket as issued with no wear at all. Completely clean inside and out. Text in French by Frank Horvat (1928- ) who was born in Italy into a Jewish family from Central Europe, in 1955 he settled in France. In the 1950's he met Henri Cartier-Bresson who persuaded him to trade his Rollei for a Leica camera. He worked for Jardin des Modes in the 1950's. Also for Elle in Paris, Vogue in London, and Harpers Bazaar in New York. This book is probably the best survey of the full range of his photography. Illustrated in black & white and color. 12" high X 10" wide, 319 pages. Large heavy book, foreign shipping will be extra.
