Philadelphia: J. B. Lippincott Company, 1893. First Edition First Printing . Hardcover. Fair/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Octavo. x, 441 pages, indexed. Hardcover bound in burgundy cloth. The binding generally shows moderate wear, but there is some damping at the headcap of the spine and some heavy damping at the top of the rear cover. There is also a little discoloration near the foot of the spine. The damping does not affect the interior. Top edge gilt. A sound copy with secure inner hinges. Text is clean. We understand that three is a signed limited edition of this work. This is NOT a signed or limited edition.
