Chicago: The Making of America Co., 1906. Ex-Library. Fair. Half-Leather. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Brown leather spine and corner tips with marble design boards. The pages are in good clean condition with the normal library markings and attachments. The cover has edge wear. The spine is faded and is missing the top section where the name would be printed. The title page states Editorial Edition limited to one thousand copies of which this is No. (the space was left blank). Vol. III only..
