Stewart is known for his roles as Captain Jean-Luc Picard in "Star Trek: The Next Generation" and as Professor Charles Xavier in the "X-Men" film series. His classical training at the Royal Shakespeare Company also led to a distinguished career in theater, showcasing his versatility across a range of Shakespearean plays and other dramatic works. Stewart received his knighthood from Queen Elizabeth in 2010 for his services to drama.
