Binding firm, paper unmarked and clean, paper aging but still at least Good, exterior cloth worn at the extremities all around, esp top/tail spine & board corners thready. An extensive treatise on the Eastern Question and the Great War, diplomacy conducted secretly for many decades. Scarce title..
