Each map 39 x 25 inches cloth backed and disected into 9 sections folding down Attractive inset plan of London, "Main Roads out of London", and a distance table. Copyright K2474. The Ministry of Transport is mentioned in the 'explanation' in the title and this was formed after the first world war in 1919. No split but a little grubby to the reverse. The plain maroon cloth case is worn and split to the spine. A large and attractive pair of folding maps. Hardback. V.g.. 8vo.
