Very Good+/Good+. 8vos (7"x4.5"). 357 & 389pp. Tan, twill-covered flexible boards with giltstamped, rose cloth spine label; top edge gilt. Sundarkened spine, soiled spine labels. Hand-tinted etchings by Carl Strauss. #239 of 1500 copies signed by Strauss to colophon. Brown paper-covered slipcase with giltstamped, rose cloth label and "239" imprinted to spine: shelfwear, light soiling, paper cracked at some edges with board exposed.
