Containing two black & white photographs of Karli Frigge at work and thirty-four total tipped-in samples of intricate marbled papers in a rainbow of hues. After apprenticing with a Dutch binder, Karli Frigge has devoted years to the craft of hand-marbling. She tells her story and gives details about the craft of marbling in the preface. Bound by the author in Dutch-style harness leather, lettered in blind and laced with leather straps. A very fine copy in the publisher's board slipcase.
