Not inscribed to anyone, just signed. Otherwise completely clean inside and out. Illustrated in black & white with Roland Freeman/s photographs. Also a tipped in black & white photograph of Margaret Walker as a young woman, placed on the title-page just under the printed author name and title, but obscuring Roland Freeman's name and the publisher information at the bottom of the title-page.
