A Very Good book in a Good dust jacket. 8vo., 239 pp., with Shepard and Sims charming illustrations. Bound in publishers blue cloth with blue illustrated dust jacket, price clipped. No additional printings or codes listed on copyright page. Jacket is rubbed along edges, tips and spine. Closed tear at bottom of front jacket. Cloth is slightly faded along edges. Text is unmarked. Dust jacket now protected in mylar sleeve. When Mary last left the Banks children in Cherry Tree Lane, she took a "return ticket, just in case". In the third book, she returns to the park in front of Cherry Tree Lane the way she came, falling with fireworks. Once again she takes up nanny duties in the Banks household and leads Jane, Michael, the toddler twins John and Barbara (as well as the new baby girl Annabel) on various magical adventures.

Synopsis

Mary Poppins returns, falling from the sky like a shooting star! Soon Mary and the kids are off on a new round of marvelous adventures.
