Seattle: Rainier Color, 2001. First Edition. Stiff Illustrated Wraps. Fine/Fine. 4to. [Pp. 20]. Stiff printed wrap saddle stapled, photo illustrated jacket band is present. Introduction by Palmer Pettersen. Black & white photographs reproduced in four-color printing the better to preserve characteristics of prints made with various processes. A Fine copy. Signed on the cover. Includes a 1984 postcard addressed to Randlett at her Bainbridge Island post office box, laid-in. A beautifully printed selection including portraits of Northwest School artists & writers, along with Betty Bowen, the Seattle arts maven who had a pet skunk, drove a Jaguar convertible and hailed from the declassé Auburn area south of Seattle. Hence her sobriquet, "the Duchess of Kent.
