Interior is clean and lightly toned. Spine very good and tight. Printed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Illustrated. "In commemoration of the enterprise of the seamen of the Massachusetts Bay Colony and in recognition of the maritime accomplishments of their descendants." Number 406 and signed by Mayor Curley, along with City of Boston 147th Municipal Observance of Independence Day, Friday July 4, 1930, plus 4 unused invitation cards for the 2 PM Independence day ceremony to be held at Faneuil Hall. Address by Jules Henry along with Herbert Parker and James M. Curley, Mayor will preside.
