Bunsei, 1821. Paperback. Very Good. Paperback. Octavo. Complete in one volume. 5 double page black and white woodblock illustrations, 2 single page and one in the text by Totaku. Text in Japanese. "An interesting example of a locally published guide-book." Blue, laid-paper wrappers have some soiling and edgewear. Front label is rubbed and faded, rear label is partially torn away. Interior is very nice. Page of notes by C.H. Mitchell is tipped into folding slipcase. Notes have some pencil annotations. Slipcase covered in blue patterned cloth with paper label on spine.
