Undated circa 1920's or slightly earlier. Collection of 77 poems by this American poet noted for her passionate poems including the epic Maurine of the title and probably her best known : Solitude - Laugh and the world laughs with you, weep and you weep alone. Good- (Book- Leather colour rubbed at extremities and with loss/nicks to yapped edges. Ink gift insc. to half title. Corner of one page turned. Binding generally sound with no cracks to end papers).
