New York: McGraw-Hill, 1963. Stated First Edition. hb. Quarter black cloth over gray paper covered boards, silver lettering on spine, large 8vo, 243 pp. No marks in book, binding tight. One white mark on front cover, edges of text block soiled. In price clipped dust jacket that shows considerable soiling, 3" tear bottom front panel, chipping with loss bottom of spine. Book condition VG- in Fair DJ.
