Harper & Brothers, 1836. First Edition . Hardcover. Collectible; VG. Two volumes. This hardcover book is square and tight. The blue boards and spine have only mild wear with touching to the points. The title plates on the spines are legible with minor losses. The pages and endpages are clean, with no markings or folds. The endpages have tone-spots while the pages have only minor foxing. It is clear that both volumes are original to each other. Previous owners name and markings in each is identical. The condition of the title plates are similar, as is the overall condition of the boards of each volume. Not ex-lib. No remainder mark. No jackets as issued. BAL 18057. Wright I-2430.
