Octavo (8-3/4" x 5-3/4"). Stab-stitched pamphlet in printed wrappers. Some chipping to fore-edges of wrappers, front wrapper partially detached but secure. Moderate toning to interior, short tear to map along fold line. $150. * Only edition.
