Garden City: Doubleday & Company, 1955. Cloth. Good+/Good+. 2 volumes. 8vo., in black cloth with printed dust wrappers. Top edge stained blue. White paste downs and end papers. Both volumes in similar condition: fore edge of text block lightly foxed; dw lightly soiled and chipped, with a couple of closed small tears; dw's spines slightly darkened, with a bit of adhesive at the top of the spine. Volume 1's rear panel of dw rubbed. *** Trade edition, published after the Kansas City edition, which had map end papers. No price on either dw. ***.
