Doubleday & Co, Garden City, NY, 1955-1956. Stated First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good Condition/Very Good. Signed by Author. Size: 8 5/8" x 6". Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Two volumes bound in black cloth with silvered lettering, top edges dyed blue; Volume One: Year of Decisions, 596 pages; Volume Two: Years of Trial and Hope 1946-1952, 594 pages. Volume One is signed and inscribed by Harry S. Truman. Covers have a few faint spots/smudges, corners bumped, otherwise very good condition. In printed dust jackets that are chipped at corners and spine ends, jackets are stained, especially along spines, they have been preserved in Brodart jackets. Quantity Available: 1.
