Finely bound half burgundu morocco, spine gilt ruled within compartments enclosing gilt hunting motifs, gilt lettered direct, top edge gilt. Upper cloth side a little spotted, gift inscription on front fly, prelims. foxed. The binding excellent and very attractive. Armorial bookplate partially removed from front pastedown. A facsimile from the Second (Enlarged) Edition of 1837.
