Brown and blue marbled boards; xi, 35, a-d pp. (page are untrimmed); 2 portraits (including frontispiece); illustrations; mounted facsimile of the program of arrangements for the address. On the page following the title page, it reads, "Number 238. This volume is one of a limited edition of three hundred and fifty-three copies, the sale of which is restricted to members of The Book Club of California. The Introduction has been written and each book authographed by," with the autograph of John Drinkwater.
