Dearborn, Michigan: Edison Institute, 1937. 1167 pages in 3 volumes. Volume 1 is a second edition dated 1937; volume 2 perhaps is a second printing--dated 1938 with the "eight" effaced and replaced with a pinted "nine"; volume 3 is a 1941 first printing. Bound in the original green cloth, with gilt lettering on spines and front covers. These reminiscences of Thomas A. Edison's former laboratory assistant are a history of Edison and electricity from 1878 to 1929. All 3 volumes are clean and tight with light toning of pages. As usual the gilt lettering on the spine of vol 2 is somewhat faded, though still legible. Previous owner's signature and date written on front pastedown endpapers.. Mixed Editions. Hardcover. Very Good+. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Book.
