Tome I: 115 plates & maps, 7 of which are in color, 41 engraved cuts. Tome II: 169 plates including 15 in color, among which are 13 large facsimile portulans (sea navigation maps), 95 engraved cuts. General shelfwear. Toned. Nat. Geographic Society Library preforated stamp to title pages. Frontis cracked at gutter to Tome I/vol. I, half title & title page mostly loose (connected still by sewn binding at tail). Library's mylar taped to pdeps, envelope removal damage to rear pdeps. From the series, Mémoires de la Société Royale de Géographie d'Égypte (XV and XVI).
