UK: Michael Joseph, 1958. First. hardcover. good. Hardcover in good condition, with jacket in fair condition. Binding is tight, spine is cocked. Minor edgewear to boards including minor bumping to board corners. Jacket is quite worn, with large chunks and tears, but still intact and now protected in clear non-adhesive plastic. Jacket spine slightly faded, and jacket flap price-clipped. Page block edges and early/rear pages are browned and foxed, but text is clean and free from foxing and annotations.
