Melbourne: The Lothian Publishing Company, 1943. Chapbook : 28pp, stapled : tan paper covers : front cover printed in orange, green and black with design of sun rising over green hills, trees and a road.

Covers worn at edges and 5mm open tear to front edge of top cover : lower cover shows a light tide mark to the bottom corner and a strip of toning near the spine. Hubbard's widely distributed essay on the merits of the conscientious individual who does that which needs to be done without asking "idiotic questions". Already in 1943 it had been printed more than 40 million times.
