Paris: Bachelier, 1861. Hardcover. Good with no dust jacket. Book is in the French language. Bound in what appears to be early 20th century cloth over boards with bright gilt on spine. Cloth over boards is lightly shelf worn with edge rubbing and bumped corners. Interior pages are original, clean, tanned, and foxed. Two fold-out engravings showing equipment and processes are bound in at back. Each is foxed, and one has edge wear. ; Scientific treatise on platinum metallurgy and accompanying metals. ; 9.0" tall; 144 pages.
