The seventeenth century offers so many great and familiar names that some indication of the range of baroque art, from tempestuousness to monumental simplicity, is apparent from a list of the major artists whom we meet in this portfolio: El Greco, Caravaggio, Hondecoeter, Rigaud, Le Nain, Velazquez, Rubens, La Tour, Poussin, Rembrandt, Ruysdael and Vermeer. . Minor edge and corner wear, corners are lightly bumped and rubbed, overall a very clean and crisp, collectible copy. Each of the 12 loose prints is in perfect (as new) condition. NEAR FINE..
