New Edition - Complete in One Volume
Published by John Wurtele Lovell, Publisher 1881
Fair condition. The covers are a kind of "rust" color - a cross between brown and red. Cloth over boards and have ablack and gold decorative design and text on both the front and spine. There is much edge and corner wear specially around the spine. The spine is also a little faded and had a bumped area. The closed book page edges have some soiling and the bottom has a black area that did not easily wipe off. At both front and back the brittle brown end papers have cracked. In the front, the first 3 pages have come loose including the title page - they have hard creases, tears, and chips. On the back sid of the brown end paper is a blue ink "seal" for: E. E. Lewis, U.S. Commissioner for Northern District of Iowa, Att'y at Law, Real Estate Dealer and Loan Broker. Office 402 Fourth St. Sioux City, Iowa. Text is clean. Binding except for the end papers, is mostly very good.
