Heinemann, London., 1908. First edition thus. Quarto. pp [vi], 134. 40 tipped-in colour plates, with captioned tissue guards, including frontispiece. Original gilt pictorial cloth. Free endpapers lightly tanned. Several mysterious small holes in the cloth, but still a very good copy indeed.
