A very clean and tight copy. 192 pp. With b/w and colour photgraphs. The history of the Harley-Davidson motorcycles issued to the United States Military. The first chapter gives a brief history of the Marque and subsequent chapters cover WWl, inter-war years, WWll and a chapter on restoration. The final chapter covers the motorcycles development since WWll and various models used by Police and exported to military and Police in other countries. Lavishly illustrated with b/w and colour plates.
