First American edition. 239 pp. Near Fine with neat, sharp lettering; a few light spots of rubbing to cloth and spots of soiling to edges. In Very Good unclipped dust jacket, torn near head, spine panel dulled, tape offsetting near there as well, dampstain on spine panel visible on verso. A nice copy. The basis of a Fritz Lang film.
Synopsis
Graham Greene (1904–1991) worked as a journalist and critic, and was later employed by the foreign office. His many books include The Third Man , The Comedians and Travels with My Aunt . He is the subject of an acclaimed three-volume biography by Norman Sherry.
