Viking Adult, 1982-09-20. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. 20x20x20. Hardbound book very clean and crisp in ecru cloth boards with bright gilt lettering on spine. Sharp corners to text block. Areas of glue apparent on front and rear pastedowns. Dust jacket in mylar shows light age toning and wear, with an abrasion on the rear upper corner that formerly had a sticker or label affixed.
Synopsis
Graham Greene (1904–1991) worked as a journalist and critic, and was later employed by the foreign office. His many books include The Third Man , The Comedians and Travels with My Aunt . He is the subject of an acclaimed three-volume biography by Norman Sherry.
