About This Item
Voyageur Press , 2000. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good . 10x0x13. The authors have travelled thousands of miles to give us this photographic record of eight unique and diverse and natural areas of Minnesota. It's Minnesota at her natural best, and she is beautiful. Les Blacklock was a pioneer of color nature photography, using the 4x5-format cameras to make large prints and popular calendars. He worked with author Sigurd Olson to produce âThe Hidden Forestâ in 1969, one of the first color coffee-table books ever published. Craig Blacklock (born 1954) is a nature photographer best known for his book The Lake Superior Images. Craig has been featured in photography magazines such as American Photo, Fine Art Photo and Outdoor Photographer.
