Hardback in "VG+" condition with cloth boards, little scuffed, pages yellowed at spine. Dust Jacket is "G+" with a fair amount of wear and several tears.
Barnes & Noble, New York, 1960 (1st printing) (Published Cambridge University Press, 1938). vii + 554pp + 8 full page b/w illustrations with a few line blocks in the text. Dust jacket soiled, torn and chipped. Page edges fingered and foxed. End papers little foxed, 24x17cms.
