Bound in the publisher's burgundy cloth bearing gilt lettering to the spines. Probably rebound. Boards have mild wear including white marks to the tail edges. Text blocks show moderate age toning to the edges. Moderate wear interiorly including damp staining to volume three, some foxing/age toning, repairs to volume three, previous owners' stamps to all volumes and slight incidental marks. Frontispiece. Illustrated. Text in English and French. NOTE: Shelved in Locked Annex Area, Quarto and Folio.
