Adam and Charles Black, Edinburgh 1881. Text is clean and unmarked, pages are lightly tanned with age. Purple and burgundy boards are sturdy. Gilt markings on boards and spine are only lightly faded. Book shows only light shelf and edge wear. End pages, pastedowns and fore edges are marbled, Previous owner's book plate on front paste down. No DJ.
