Solid history book on the history of Italy from 1748 to 1898, 404 pages published in 1900, frontispiece black and white photo of Humbert I., several black and white portraits, color map of country, Author Orsi was a Professor of History in Venice, Book is Very Good Plus, green ribbed cloth shows some light wear, spine has bright gilt ornamentation, sword and pen device on front board, Book is part of The Story of Nations series, internally the book is Fine, No previous owner bookplate or writing, strong biding. A very clean and most presentable copy. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
