Binding readily opens to front pastedown, not quite square, with separation gap at head of spine. These are minor flaws, the book as a whole has minimal wear in overall excellent state. Dust Jacket has edge wear with rub marks / nicks and frayed at spine tips, scuff marks overall as well as some soiling : dust jacket is in Good minus condition. Revised third edition (1965) originally published in 1951. 284 pages, index, BW illustrations.
