1907. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. In good to very good condition. Leather boards with gilt titles to the front, rubbed to edges in places and 4cm (1.5") approx repaired split to top front spine edge. Binding secure. Internally very clean throughout with authors and authors father's dedication to front end papers. A privately published copy of the authors thesis accepted for the Degree of Doctor of Letters at Rennes University which considers the influence the works of Moliere had on his English contemporary writers from 1600 to the death of Queen Anne (1714).
