Front cover has long, light scrape + is slightly warped. Every page and both covers have numerous, brightly colored illustrations. Background on front board cover is yellow, with particulars in red and black. Back cover has listing of all Cocorico "Les Petits Livre d'Or"series. The perfect introduction to French for a child. Noted book appraiser James Beattie has assigned a value of $25.

No.36 in the series "Un Petit Livre D'Or", with gilt spine. 28pp of illustrated word definitions in French, illustrated throughout with colour drawings. Right hinge starting to loosen, spine missing two pieces of gilt board, corners and edges a little bumped, damage to top corner of first page. Otherwise good copy with no inscriptions..
