About This Item
The Money Mystery: An Explanation for Beginners by Sir Norman Angell
Hardback, 1936, first edition, published by J. M. Dent & Sons Ltd., London, 184 pages.
Octavo/8vo, measures around 7 3/8" by 5" by 3/4". No dust jacket. Red cloth binding, yellow lettering and design to front board, yellow lettering and edging to spine. Marking and scuffing to binding, cup mark to rear board, Boots Book-lovers Club sticker to front board with black X - possible sign of remaindered stock. Signs of wear, rubbing at edges and on hinges, slightly bumped corners. Some slackness to binding though contents intact. Page edges browned, foxed a bit marked, with black pen line to bottom edge - likely further sign of remaindered stock. Some marking and foxing to endpapers, odd spots of foxing throughout, though page surfaces otherwise clean, no underlining, marginalia, etc. See pictures for further information.
