Architect, Albert Kelsey, the technical advisor of the competition for the Christopher Columbus Memorial Lighthouse. Striking visionary work. Most interesting are the designs by the Russian Constructivist architects, Waldemar Tarasoff and Constantine Melnikoff, during the brief period (1922-1932) of Soviet modernist architecture..
