Original publisher's blue cloth - gilt embossed to the spine and to the front board. No inscriptions. The text supported by numerous photographic reproductions in colour. The jacket has not been price-clipped and has some light shelf wear and is lightly creased at the head of the spine. A very well preserved copy in very good jacket.
