The volume has 22kt gold accents carefully stamped onto the hubbed spine and acid-neutral pages that are Smyth-sewn into the binding. The work has gilded page ends to seal out humidity and dust and a satin-ribbon page marker. Clean, fresh, tight, bright and unread. A work designed to last 300 years. A very nice mint copy.
